Why is infrared radiation healthy?

In recent years, a number of studies have been conducted in the context of the effects of infrared rays on health.

As a result, several conclusions have been made that confirm the beneficial effects of infrared radiation:

• help in the treatment of medical conditions, including circulatory problems (they have a beneficial effect on blood circulation), but also rheumatism and other conditions (headaches, stress, fatigue). It also helps remove toxins from our body, making us feel better
